Deposits A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your total balance. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received. Traffic and parking are not valid reasons for lateness, so plan accordingly. ⸻ Lateness Policy Please arrive on time and be in my chair at your scheduled start time. If you are not in my chair, your appointment has not started, even if you’re inside the building or outside. • 10 minutes late: $10 late fee • 15 minutes late: $15 late fee • 20 minutes late: Appointment canceled and deposit forfeited ⸻ No Extra Guests No extra people are allowed at your appointment. Please come alone unless previously discussed and approved. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ Hair Prep Hair must be clean, blow-dried, and free of oils or products. Failure to follow prep instructions may result in additional fees or cancellation of your appointment. ⸻ Hair Provided I provide black braiding hair in colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4. For boho styles, you must bring your own curly/boho hair. Hair is not included in any sale or discounted prices. ⸻ Payments The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
